OUR POLICIES
Blackmarr's Furniture provides an incredible shopping experience for our customers. We work hard to provide exceptional customer service and pride ourselves on helping our customers find the best selection of home furnishings. Although we try our best, at times a certain product may not fit the customers needs. If we have ordered a custom ordered piece with a deposit, the policy is non-refundable deposit for custom ordered pieces and a 15% restocking fee for general returns within a reasonable time determined by the seller. Delivery is available within Sedona city limits for $45 and $99 within 10-15 miles of the store. We also offer in state deliveries ranging in price $250+ depending on mileage.

Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand a at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacture's scheduling, stock on hand availability of materials, transportation difficulty or any other cause beyond control of the seller.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

All Exchanges and cancellations are subject to seller approval. A minimum fee of 15% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on seller approved returns, exchanges or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. Buyer agrees to measure doorways and stairways before ordering, as seller is not responsible for merchandise purchased that is too large to fit. SELLER can designate a day to delivery but not a specific time. Seller cannot move, haul or rearrange old furniture. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized on this order. Such disclaimer does not affect manufacturer warranty, if any. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all factory warranties. Buyer Layaways are not subject to cancellation. Buyer agrees to complete payment on schedule or proceeds of prior payment(s) towards layaway may be forfeited. Clearance Items sold As Is- No Refund - No Exchanges- No Warranty. Commercial Applications Including AirBNB, VRBO, Hotels Voids Manufacturer Warranty. No Comofort Gurantee on Matrresses. No Layaways.
